Expand your knowledge of recreational fishing and boating by learning a new language! The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission has partnered with CorpsTHAT to share common fishing and boating terms in American Sign Language (ASL).

Pennsylvania Outdoor Corps Deaf Crew—Gone Fishing

We partnered with CorpsTHAT to host the first Introduction to Fishing program for the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. 

Participants learned the basic principles of fishing and put their new skills to the test casting lines out onto Marshall Lake.
